About us
Our story in a few words
We are a young and ambitious e-commerce startup that is growing very quickly. Since the founding of Mister Sandman in July 2015, we have been fully financed by our own operational cash flow. With the mission to deliver high-quality sleep products at fair prices simply and quickly, we started with a mattress and developed a wide catalog of bedding products.
We are currently active on over 15 online platforms and are constantly looking for ways to expand our reach. At the moment, we are focusing on France, Germany, and the Netherlands and planning further expansion into other international markets. Our headquarters is located in the heart of Berlin.
The heart of Mister Sandman
In just a few years, our founder and managing director Tobias Steffen has succeeded in building a multicultural team of over 50 bright minds from more than 10 nationalities. Even today, he emphasizes that the right team spirit and a pleasant working atmosphere are crucial to our success and motivate him to come to work every day. This recognition is a confirmation that Mister Sandman places great value on creating a workplace we are proud of and where people feel comfortable.
The commitment of our team is also reflected in many spontaneous gatherings that strengthen our team spirit, bring fun, and make the time at Mister Sandman more than just work. We are a strong network - both inside and outside the office.
Our products and bestsellers
Mister Sandman offers a wide range of products such as mattresses, pillows, blankets, toppers, etc. in various sizes. Our absolute best seller is the mattress with seven sleeping zones. The core is made of high-quality cold foam. Its innovative, wave-shaped core cut creates two different degrees of firmness. The removable and washable covers are made of allergy-friendly microfiber and are Öko-Tex certified. You can find more information here.
