The mattress shipping, that is, delivery of our mattress and sleep accessories is free to your home. This way, the items can be delivered to friends and family, a post office, or the office. After the order is received, your mattress will be immediately rolled up by our manufacturer so that it can be sent to you quickly. Subsequently, you will receive your tracking number in the shipping confirmation via email. The email states when the mattress and other sleep items will be delivered to you. All other Mister Sandman products, such as pillows and blankets, will be sent in a separate shipment with its own tracking number, which will also be delivered to your home. The free shipping of the mattress is specifically tailored to you and your needs .
Free shipping mattress: Can the delivery address be changed afterwards?
Well and practically solved: You can inform us of an address change by email at kundenservice@mister-sandman.de before shipping if you would like your mattress or another item of bedding sent to a different address. After shipping the order, a change of address is unfortunately no longer possible, so in this case, the goods of the mattress, pillows, toppers, bedding, etc. must be canceled and reordered. Please contact our customer service for this and for any further questions.

If you are not at home during delivery, the shipping service provider will make a second delivery attempt. You will receive a notification slip from DPD or GLS in your mailbox. Alternatively, the package will be left in a parcel shop , where you can pick it up within 7 days. Free shipping mattress: How is the mattress packaged?
Package dimensions: Height 90-100cm Width 36x36cm (1m height for all products). Even for products with a width of 120cm, 140cm, 160cm, 180cm, or 200cm, the delivery is such that the package is only 1 meter high.
The mattress is delivered rolled and folded in a package/bag. The mattress size is indicated on the label. Do not store rolled.
